  • UV DTF Transfers: Typically 24–48 hours.
  • Digital Printing: Typically 3–5 business days.
  • Signs & Banners: Typically 3–5 business days.
  • Custom Apparel with transfers: Typically 5–7 business days depending on quantity and artwork.

  • Embroidered Apparel: Typically 7–10 business days depending on quantity, stitch count, and garment availability.

Can I rush my order?

Rush production may be available depending on the product, quantity, artwork, current workload, and deadline. Rush fees may apply. Contact us before placing your order if you have a firm event date or need guaranteed timing.

When does turnaround time begin?

Turnaround usually begins after your artwork is approved, order details are confirmed, and payment is completed. Missing files, unclear instructions, low-quality artwork, or delayed approvals can delay production.

What can delay my order?
  • Low-resolution artwork
  • Missing transparent background
  • Wrong file size
  • Missing garment sizes or colors
  • Unapproved proofs
  • Backordered blanks or promo products
  • Unclear pickup, delivery, or shipping instructions

General Artwork Help

What file type should I upload?
  • Best for print: PDF
  • Best for transparent artwork: PNG
  • Best for logos: AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF
  • Accepted but not always ideal: JPG/JPEG
  • Avoid: screenshots, blurry images, social media downloads, and tiny web graphics
What does print-ready mean?

Print-ready means your file is sized correctly, high-resolution, includes bleed when needed, keeps important details inside the safe area, and is ready to produce without major editing.

What resolution should my file be?

For most printed products, artwork should be 300 DPI at the final print size. If your logo looks blurry on screen, it will likely print blurry too.

What is bleed?

Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the final cut edge. It helps prevent white borders after trimming. If your design goes to the edge, include bleed.

What is safe area?

The safe area is where important text, logos, QR codes, and details should stay. Keep important content away from the edge so it does not get trimmed, folded, sewn, cut, or hidden.

Can you remove my background?

Our design tools may try to remove backgrounds, but background removal should never be fully relied on. Always double-check for leftover edges, halos, missing details, or parts removed by mistake.

Where can I design before uploading?
  • Beginner: Canva, Adobe Express, Kittl
  • Free advanced option: Photopea
  • Professional: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW
Will colors match exactly?

Colors may vary between screens and printed products. Screens use light, while print uses ink, toner, thread, vinyl, or imprint methods. For brand colors, provide PMS, CMYK, or vector artwork when possible.

DTF Transfer Ordering Guide

What are DTF transfers?

DTF transfers are full-color, press-ready transfers used to decorate apparel. You upload your artwork, we print the transfer, and you apply it with a heat press.

DTF upload checklist
  • Upload PNG whenever possible.
  • Use transparent backgrounds.
  • Do not mirror artwork.
  • No designs should overlap.
  • Nothing should hang off the sheet edge.
  • Leave at least 0.25" between designs.
  • Check spelling, names, numbers, and dates.
  • Use high-resolution artwork, ideally 300 DPI.
  • Zoom in before ordering.
  • Make sure your gang sheet is final before checkout.
Using our gang sheet designer

Upload PNG files whenever possible because PNG files preserve transparency. JPG files usually upload with a white or colored background.

You can change the background color in the designer to better see white artwork, spacing, and transparent areas. The background color is only for preview and will not print.

Use a dark background to inspect white artwork. Use a light background to inspect dark artwork. Use gray to check transparency and spacing.

Will the remove background tool fix my file?

It may help, but do not fully rely on it. Always double-check for leftover edges, halos, missing parts, rough outlines, or background pieces that were not removed.

Common DTF sizes
  • Left chest: 3–4" wide
  • Adult front: 10–12" wide
  • Adult back: 11–13" wide
  • Youth front: 7–9" wide
  • Sleeve: 2–4" wide
  • Hat logo: 2–3.5" wide
  • Neck label: 2–3" wide
How do I maximize my gang sheet?
  • Rotate smaller designs to save space.
  • Fill empty areas with sleeve logos, neck labels, pocket logos, or extra brand marks.
  • Group designs by customer, order, or garment location.
  • Do not leave large empty areas unless intentional.
DTF mistakes to avoid
  • Uploading screenshots
  • Leaving a white box behind the design
  • Using blurry logos
  • Making text too small
  • Stacking designs on top of each other by accident
  • Letting artwork hang off the sheet
  • Assuming background removal worked without checking
Basic heat press instructions

Most DTF transfers press around 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure. Repress for 5–10 seconds after peeling for better durability. Always test first because garments and heat presses vary.

UV DTF Decal Ordering Guide

What are UV DTF decals?

UV DTF decals are peel-and-stick transfers for hard goods. They are great for cups, tumblers, packaging, glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, and promotional products.

UV DTF upload checklist

  • Use transparent backgrounds.
  • Do not mirror artwork.
  • No decals should overlap.

  • Leave space between decals for cutting.
  • Check spelling, QR codes, names, numbers, and dates.
  • Make sure thin lines and small text are readable.
  • Measure the item before choosing decal size.
Best surfaces for UV DTF

UV DTF works best on smooth, clean, hard surfaces like glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, ceramic, packaging, and promotional products.

Avoid dusty, oily, wet, heavily textured, flexible, or soft fabric surfaces.

Common UV DTF sizes
  • Small logo decals: 2–3" wide
  • Cup / tumbler logos: 3–5" wide
  • Glass can wraps: 8–9.5" wide
  • Packaging decals: 2–4" wide
  • Jar labels: 2–4" wide
  • Large product decals: 5–8" wide
How do I apply UV DTF?
  • Clean the surface first.
  • Make sure the item is dry.
  • Peel the backing carefully.
  • Place slowly and accurately.
  • Press firmly across the full design.
  • Rub or squeegee the entire decal.
  • Peel the top film slowly at an angle.

UV DTF is not heat pressed. It is a peel-and-stick decal for hard goods.

UV DTF mistakes to avoid
  • Applying to dirty, oily, dusty, or wet surfaces
  • Using tiny unreadable text
  • Using extremely thin lines
  • Touching the adhesive side before applying
  • Rushing placement
  • Not measuring the product first

  • Full front: 10–12" wide
  • Full back: 11–13" wide
  • Sleeve print: 2–4" wide

Yes. Many signs need bleed so the background reaches the edge cleanly. Keep important text, logos, QR codes, and faces away from the edge so they are not trimmed or hidden.

Can I use a small logo on a large sign?

Usually not. Small logos can become blurry or pixelated when enlarged. Vector artwork is best for large signs, banners, vehicle graphics, and storefront signage.

Do you install signs?

Installation is not automatically included unless stated on your quote or order. If you need installation, mounting, hardware, or site guidance, contact us before ordering.

Why do promo items need vector artwork?

Vector files scale cleanly and are easier to prepare for imprint methods like screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, engraving, and spot-color printing.

Can every promo item print full color?

No. Some items allow full-color printing, while others may only allow one-color or spot-color imprinting. The imprint method depends on the product.

What is an imprint area?

The imprint area is the allowed space where your logo can be printed, engraved, embroidered, or applied. Some products have very small imprint areas, so simple logos usually work best.
