DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full-color designs printed onto a special film and heat-pressed onto garments. They work on cotton, polyester, blends, and more—no weeding, no color limits.
We specialize in gang sheets starting at 22" × 12" and scaling all the way up to 22" × 492".
No minimums. Order one design or high-volume production—either way, you're good.
Most orders are produced fast and ready within 24–48 hours. Choose local pickup or nationwide shipping.
When pressed correctly, transfers are durable and flexible. For best results: wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low.
Vector is best. Raster should be 300 DPI at final size. Accepted: AI, PDF, PNG, JPG.
Temperature 310°F / 155°C, time 12–15 seconds, medium pressure, warm peel (~5 sec), optional repress 5–10 sec with parchment for added durability.
